These Terms of Service govern your use of daylightinbetween.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Daylight In Between, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is mispriced or unavailable; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your card details.

Production and shipping

Many products are made to order and shipped by our production partners. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns

Made-to-order items can be returned or replaced if they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Content and intellectual property

All music, artwork, designs, text and other content on the Site belong to Daylight In Between, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Our social accounts and tools

We publish our own music content to our own social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, and we use those platforms' official APIs, directly or through licensed third-party tools, to schedule our posts, read the performance of our own content, and manage comments on our own videos. We only access accounts we own, we do not act on any other user's behalf, and we do not sell or share personal data. Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
